Did you know that catastrophe and communicable disease already existed when the Declaration of independence was written? That’s right! Potentially fatal contagious germs were a thing at the very same time when the early Americans demanded freedom from unwarrantable jurisdiction over them. In fact, our founding members were familiar with all kinds of disaster when they drafted the U.S Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and Maryland’s Constitution! Yet, they still wrote liberty, separation of powers, and due process into America’s foundation and forbade such things to be disregarded by any plea of necessity.

Further, Maryland’s “Non-discrimination in Public Accommodations” code, echoing a sentiment of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, forbid a place of public accommodation to refuse to any person any of the facilities or privileges of the place of public accommodation because of the person’s race, sex, age, color, creed, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. That means the government can’t compel a store to suddenly enforce a store policy that refuses you entry because, for example, they’re particularly offended by the appearance of your God-given face — even in an “emergency”.

Are mainstream media outlets presenting this angle? Of course not! So, how do we hear the other side of the mainstream narrative and compare alternate considerations? That’s becoming more difficult as traditional media sources are purposefully suppressing and/or slandering anyone who presents perspectives they don’t like. This includes removing or biasedly forcing retraction of experiments that produced conclusions unfavorable to their narrative. It also includes hiding resources that empower people to push back against tyranny. You might have to utilize a different search engine than you have been using, or intentionally chase source data when you notice something suspicious cited in an online article. (You may find the footnote has nothing to do with the point the article wants to make!)

Restore The Free State! is a place to go for finding information that is routinely discouraged and obfuscated elsewhere online. We need volunteers to help refresh links to data as they are removed by those who don’t wish us to easily find them. We also need volunteers to help enlighten your neighbors and everyone with this alternative information which in many cases has more proof behind it than the mainstream narrative.

The website collections here may not always represent the personal stances of Restore The Free State! members or leaders, but we’re not offended by respectful or sincere free speech. We wish for our fellow Marylanders to be able to exercise their legal liberty to compare perspectives, weigh risks, and make the best decisions for their circumstances while respecting the legal liberties of other citizens making the best decisions for their circumstances. Stand strong with us for free speech and liberty! Help us Restore freedom to the Free State!
