While HB0558 is not unconstitutional on its own, the whole health department and the educational system are in fact unconstitutional. However we cannot address that at this time and instead have to try to regain our constitutional freedoms using the bills that are presented before us today.

That brings up HB0558 which is a bill requiring the county BOE’s to develop a new health curriculum in their educational curriculum. The bill allows for the parents to opt out of only certain topics of the curriculum. There are many issues with this.

• BOE’s tend to hide the sexual content in other areas that can’t be opted out of. We saw this in Montgomery County last year. Unfortunately the law suit stating the religious rights of the parents were being violated was poorly presented and as far as I know they lost the law suit.
• Legally any strongly held belief can be considered a religion. That being the case, we the religious freedom fighters can claim that the state is pushing their own religion on us using this curriculum, making this whole bill unconstitutional.
• Because each person’s choice of healing can also be considered their own strongly held belief and therefore part of their religion, the option to opt out of the whole curriculum should be provided.

I cover all these points in my written testimony below. Please read it. You may copy and paste all or any part of it that you choose. We as a community have failed to exercise our freedom of religion properly. I believe it is time that we change that. Let them have their agenda by allowing the bill to be passed. But only allow it to be passed with the option for the parent/guardian to opt out of the whole stinking ungodly thing!

On top of that the policy violates the statutes since the statutes state only the American flag can be displayed. No others, not for educational purposes, not for equality, not for religious purposes! Only American or one for patriotism. That’s it.

Based on initial research, in Maryland when an elected official takes office they also take an oath to uphold the Constitution. Believe it or not, this is not the case in every state anymore. 

In order to hold them to that oath, it appears there may be a surety bond that is taken out on the elected official perhaps even behind the scenes and unbeknownst to the official. It appears a few claims against the surety bond will require the official to be removed immediately because continuing to insure that official becomes too risky.

We believe that when enough people file complaints against the AACO health director’s medical license, from that he will be removed. We probably need 100 or so complaints to accomplish this task, but the good news is that doing so will get him out of the way for good. Otherwise he can continue to work as a doctor in the state of Maryland.

So while the complaints are being filed against his license, we also intend to get the sheriff involved and give the sheriff an opportunity to be a hero. This will entail getting a statement from the sheriff of his position on the actions the AACO Health Director took last week by circumventing the councils due process legislation and mandating masks etc on his own by declaring another emergency. If the sheriff is not willing to make a statement to the AACO Health Director on behalf of the people whom he serves then we may attack the sheriff’s surety bond if this turns out to be a viable strategy.

Here is a template of what you can include in your complaint against Kalyanaraman, or another health officer if you are in another county.

Date issue started: January 7, 2022 (this is the date that he took it upon himself to declare a state of emergency in AACO counter to what the council had just decided).

1. Doctor Kalyanaraman, who is not an elected official, went beyond his scope of medical practice to make a county order for patients not under his direct medical care.
2. Doctor Kalyanaraman provided substandard care by requiring my family, coworkers, and myself in Anne Arundel County to wear a mask without completing a complete history and examination on each of us as residents of Anne Arundel County. (Make it specific to you and your family.)
3. Dr. Kalyanaraman also encourages other people such as business human resource managers and store managers to practice medicine without a license as they prescribe their employees or patrons to wear the mask which is a medical device, inside their facilities.
4. The mask requirement is causing me to experience (pick one or more) — sinus infections, facial rashes, dental issues, lack of oxygen, asthma exacerbations, anxiety, eye infections, memory loss, brain fog, fogged up glasses causing danger walking, being reprimanded and extracted from stores and restaurants because I cannot wear one, being fired from my employment because I cannot wear one.

Respectfully request:

1. Physician be reeducated on appropriate medical care for individual patients.
2. Physician be educated on the dangers of mask wearing.
3. physician provide at least 5 or more clinical studies proving masks prevent the transmission of COVID 19 virus. Studies must be independent and not be funded or published by any government or pharmaceutical company.
4. Physician be required to take a class on the Maryland Constitution to understand he has no authority to make a public medical order.
5. The medical board determine appropriate fines, probation, and/or removal of license.
6. An answer by the physician I can forward to my attorney within the next 10 calendar days (put a date here).

In his order it is stated:

Today, as Anne Arundel County continues to experience rapidly increasing COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and deaths amid the extremely contagious omicron variant, Anne Arundel County Health Officer Dr. Nilesh Kalyanaraman declared a Public Safety  Order pursuant to state law to require face coverings in indoor public areas and outdoor public settings where distancing isn’t feasible.

“Masks and masking requirements have been demonstrated to be effective at decreasing COVID transmission and hospitalizations,” Health Officer Dr. Nilesh Kalyanaraman said.

You can add to this or change it however you want. The important thing is people start filing the complaints, ensure you include the request for proof of mask success, and include specific ways in which you are effected. We need to do this quickly since after 30 days, it could all go away if Lockdown Larry removes the state of emergency again.

We believe that we can get the pharmacists to stop blindly pushing the jab if we personally enlighten them in the same way as in the video below, and leave them with some literature. Awake pharmacists can also be our allies in the legislative processes.

Our mission will remain the same and will actually be able to expand. We will not be restricted from supporting candidates running for elected positions and look forward to sharing our preferences! We will continue to attend and support resistance efforts and again will be able to be even more forceful without the fear of the incorporated government affecting our efforts in any way. We will use any funds we receive for marketing materials to enlighten the public with the new narrative to include signage for protests, banners, and any other mass advertising we can afford to utilize.

Since we are promoting unincorporating as a method of escaping the tyranny, we thought it would be best if we did the same! Some of our corporate leaders have already changed their status to American State Nationals and remaining a corporation was not aligned with that status. This transition also helps us help you better because we will not be tied to the statute regulations of a 501 non-profit in any way. So when we emerge from the transition we will be able to support any and all candidates for elected offices without restriction. This is something we eagerly look forward to.

As a result of our transition, we need to hold on any donations for a short period of time, probably 60 days. After that we can start back up with small membership dues instead of donations. Once you are a member there will be certain privileges opened to you, but at this point we haven’t yet defined those.

Worldschooling is a mentality as much as it is a lifestyle. Some families choose to worldschool part-time by making an effort to travel and explore during the summers or on the weekends.

Other families choose to worldschool full time – leaving behind the comforts and conveniences of their homes in order to travel and live abroad for several months or even years.

Some children attend a brick and mortar school while other families choose to homeschool or even unschool.

Some parents look for traditional jobs in a new country while other parents opt to work remotely or even take extended periods of leave in order to travel and explore.

There is no right or wrong way to worldschool, and every family has the freedom to find the way that works best for them. The beautiful thing is that we have the opportunity to try something new, and if it doesn’t work, then we can make a change. However, by being willing to take the risk and do something that you’ve never done before, you may find the life that you never knew you wanted.

The power I’m referring to here is the Writ Of Mandamus. This is a court order from a higher level court to a lower level court or municipality, to follow the existing laws or existing court orders. In this case we the people are filing the Writ of Mandamus to the district court of Anne Arundel County to order the Governor and his executive branch to uphold their oath to uphold the US Constitution as well as the MD Constitution.

That’s all that is being requested. But it is a powerful statement when a court administers this action from the People to the executive branch of the government. It is not a lawsuit which demands retribution and it is not a criminal action which demands justice and punishment. Instead it is simply a demand to our employees to follow the contract they have with us.

Typically the Writ is filed by another court judge who notices some wrong-doing or notices an existing order of the court is not being followed. In this case the Writ is recorded in the court and we the people are ordering the wrong doers to right their wrongs. Once it is filed in the Court the documents also have to be served to those listed.

Here is the Writ as it was filed by Andrew Kuhl on October 13, 2021. What we need is for more people to provide their stories of how this government overreach which began in March of 2020, negatively impacted their life. It doesn’t matter how little, it doesn’t matter if you perceive the impact of being simply inconvenience. What matters is that you join forces with others here and make a statement by adding your story to the list by submitting a notarized affidavit of your testimony.

You may see this as a glorified petition and in a sense it is. But it is much more powerful than a simple petition. It is your story written in your words. Not just your signature. Your story is witnessed, locking in the seal of truth. And it is being submitted directly to the court system not just filed in someone’s database. This is a real opportunity to tell Hogan and his executive branch in your own words how his emperorship has devastated your life.

Once you’ve downloaded the form, make sure you find all the places to enter your name and address. Then modify the content to best describe your own circumstances. This is a time to leave out your emotions and simply state the facts. You should not embellish either or exaggerate. If you can quantify losses, that would be helpful no matter how small.

After you’ve completed the modifications to your form, get it notarized and be sure to sign it in the presence of the notary. Title companies, tag service companies, banks and UPS Stores all have notaries. After it is signed and notarized, scan your signed and notarized document into digital format (Office Depot lets you scan to a flash drive or to an email address – send to yourself first!).
