August Status Meeting

Anyone may join these meetings. We use these as a way to let you, our community, know what we are up to, and use it as a means for you to make suggestions and also to volunteer. They are not very exciting, but we try to make them as fun as possible without being a waste of anyone’s time.

Join us if you have a suggestion, would like to know the state of our current efforts, or would like to just be an integral part of our community!

Status meeting agenda:

What we accomplished:

1. More excellent forums. 2nd Amendment brought almost 40 attendees
2. Solutions to 5G had great reviews
3. replays now added to forum posts, and comments are ON!
4. increase in cash donations
5. enlightening of fresh new narrative at 3 rally’s 2 in Annapolis, 1 in MoCo against school board mandates
6. Website has total of 6130 views with all time high of over 1400 for March and May coming in second with 1008 views.
7. Reached out to individuals regarding legal assistance against mandates
8. invitation to UMDEE to come under umbrella of RTFS (declined)
9. invitation to Moms Against Mandates to come under umbrella of RTFS (awaiting response)

What is coming soon:

1. BOE pressure with rallies and calls
2. t-shirt status, need volunteer to help
3. Forums organization and coordination, need volunteer to help
4. legislative team needs formed (needs coordinator/leader)

What needs more planning:

1. legislative Buzz team
2. meeting locations and make them more fun
3. fund raisers – sweepstakes – any ideas?
