Recognize The Constitution

“Is this even legal??” Many of us have asked this question recently.

The truth is: much of Maryland has been asleep at the wheel for years, trusting that our voting process has led to the free and fair election of representatives who have our best interest at heart — representatives who know their legislative position depends on their performance, their responsiveness, our approval, and our vote. We’ve wanted to believe that those running for representative offices are among the most empathetic and committed of us, listening and grappling with creative solutions for how to best be a voice for a spectrum of Marylanders. We assumed they were only proposing laws that were in-line with our US and Maryland Constitutions, as all laws must be. (And, if ever a law is found to have been passed that was unconstitutional, it is only correct to immediately remedy it.)

But while we went shopping and went to work and to church and helped our children with homework and built our families and careers over the years, some terribly unconstitutional legislation has slipped through unnoticed. In particular was one Emergency Management Act added after the 9/11 attacks in 2001. Subsequently the Act went largely unused and therefore unnoticed until 2020. Now, we see what a Governor and henchmen with tyrannical or corrupted tendencies can do when attempting to illegally employ an already unconstitutional act of legislation.

We can no longer claim ignorance as an excuse! The Constitution specifically does not allow itself to be suspended by any claim of emergency or other plea of necessity. We must have this Act repealed, and similar legislation clarified.

This is going to require at least two simultaneous efforts:
#1 Restore trust in our voting process so candidates are 100% certain that their power is derived by the consent of the governed
#2 Lobby for legislators committed to standing for liberty and ensuring unconstitutional laws stricken from our books

We’ll need volunteers from all districts in Maryland to monitor bills, send emails, make phone calls, and/or meet with legislators. Take a stand with us as we honor the US and Maryland Constitutions by applying pressure for legislative corrections!

If the school must allow free speech shouldn’t the social media be held to the same standard? https://foxnews.com/politics/supreme-court-free-speech-ruling-cheerleader-profane-snapchat-post?fbclid=IwAR01uNSxyecDlhe2RjXq6BzBLFDD-MO8LnH-zGUr__ysPyaKDHbcnj_fUec...
You know how Q, President Trump and so many off the grid news sites hosts talk about our current government being a Corporation and subsidiaries of the main corporation? And......
Per the U.S government and many other governments, traveling to visit your relatives or perhaps to return to your own country will soon not only warrant (possibly invalid) COVID tests......
Do you really think it is appropriate for your dentist (yes Dentist, ok yes DENTIST!) to give vaccines? Or how about the unknown pharmacist in ANY pharmacy giving va((ines to your 3 year old? It gets even better... without your parental consent? Or how about this - lets have the board of elections be all one party! Wouldn't that be great??...
