Both these bills already had their public hearings. The video below is clipped from the House hearing and includes only the questions and only the opposition. The opposition was represented by Maryland Shall Issue, John Josselyn of 2A Maryland, Benelli/Beretta headquartered in Maryland, NRA, and others. There was strong opposition even though there are 30 Delegates and 15 Senators who initially supported the bill. Some of the supporting delegates were asking pointed questions that indicated to me they no longer support the bill.

The next step for these bills is for the committees to vote it out of the committee and onto the floor. We the People don’t get notice of when that is occurring. In the meantime, the only option is to send the committee members additional testimony via email, although they claim they won’t read it if it wasn’t submitted during the time of public hearing. After the bills leave committee, it goes to the chamber floor for vote. Again one could email their representatives in each chamber to vote against the bills at that time. 

Listening to the attached video of the questions and opposition, I don’t believe this will get out of committee. Maryland Shall Issue basically testified it will challenge it in court if it does get passed.

We believe that when enough people file complaints against the AACO health director’s medical license, from that he will be removed. We probably need 100 or so complaints to accomplish this task, but the good news is that doing so will get him out of the way for good. Otherwise he can continue to work as a doctor in the state of Maryland.

So while the complaints are being filed against his license, we also intend to get the sheriff involved and give the sheriff an opportunity to be a hero. This will entail getting a statement from the sheriff of his position on the actions the AACO Health Director took last week by circumventing the councils due process legislation and mandating masks etc on his own by declaring another emergency. If the sheriff is not willing to make a statement to the AACO Health Director on behalf of the people whom he serves then we may attack the sheriff’s surety bond if this turns out to be a viable strategy.

1. Doctor Kalyanaraman, who is not an elected official, went beyond his scope of medical practice to make a county order for patients not under his direct medical care.
2. Doctor Kalyanaraman provided substandard care by requiring my family, coworkers, and myself in Anne Arundel County to wear a mask without completing a complete history and examination on each of us as residents of Anne Arundel County. (Make it specific to you and your family.)
3. Dr. Kalyanaraman also encourages other people such as business human resource managers and store managers to practice medicine without a license as they prescribe their employees or patrons to wear the mask which is a medical device, inside their facilities.
4. The mask requirement is causing me to experience (pick one or more) — sinus infections, facial rashes, dental issues, lack of oxygen, asthma exacerbations, anxiety, eye infections, memory loss, brain fog, fogged up glasses causing danger walking, being reprimanded and extracted from stores and restaurants because I cannot wear one, being fired from my employment because I cannot wear one.

Respectfully request:

1. Physician be reeducated on appropriate medical care for individual patients.
2. Physician be educated on the dangers of mask wearing.
3. physician provide at least 5 or more clinical studies proving masks prevent the transmission of COVID 19 virus. Studies must be independent and not be funded or published by any government or pharmaceutical company.
4. Physician be required to take a class on the Maryland Constitution to understand he has no authority to make a public medical order.
5. The medical board determine appropriate fines, probation, and/or removal of license.
6. An answer by the physician I can forward to my attorney within the next 10 calendar days (put a date here).

Today, as Anne Arundel County continues to experience rapidly increasing COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and deaths amid the extremely contagious omicron variant, Anne Arundel County Health Officer Dr. Nilesh Kalyanaraman declared a Public Safety  Order pursuant to state law to require face coverings in indoor public areas and outdoor public settings where distancing isn’t feasible.

“Masks and masking requirements have been demonstrated to be effective at decreasing COVID transmission and hospitalizations,” Health Officer Dr. Nilesh Kalyanaraman said.

You can add to this or change it however you want. The important thing is people start filing the complaints, ensure you include the request for proof of mask success, and include specific ways in which you are effected. We need to do this quickly since after 30 days, it could all go away if Lockdown Larry removes the state of emergency again.

We believe that we can get the pharmacists to stop blindly pushing the jab if we personally enlighten them in the same way as in the video below, and leave them with some literature. Awake pharmacists can also be our allies in the legislative processes.

Our mission will remain the same and will actually be able to expand. We will not be restricted from supporting candidates running for elected positions and look forward to sharing our preferences! We will continue to attend and support resistance efforts and again will be able to be even more forceful without the fear of the incorporated government affecting our efforts in any way. Since we are promoting unincorporating as a method of escaping the tyranny, we thought it would be best if we did the same! This transition also helps us help you better because we will not be tied to the statute regulations of a 501 non-profit in any way. As a result of our transition, we need to hold on any donations for a short period of time, probably 60 days. After that we can start back up with small membership dues instead of donations. Why is this important? Well if a Governor locked down a whole state, which part of the Constitution did he/she follow to do that? The correct answer is NONE! There is no seizing of property, (which is what a lockdown actually is), no restricting a person’s rights anywhere in any of the 50 state’s constitutions nor in the United States Constitution! Many amendments broken with this.

Today it is December 20, 2021 and everyone is google-eyed at Desantis because of how much he is now opening his state, and passing legislation against the mandates. BUT he still locked the down the state! And my question is, has he removed from his state legislation, the statutes that he claims allowed him to do it in the first place? This all fell under legislation that was created from 2001 – 2008 when event 2020 was planned and sars cv 1 along with the 9/11 established governors gathering together to determine TOGETHER how emergencies should be handled. And there was a federal level model that each state pretty much adopted. I will provide references to that later.

The important part here is these are the states that locked down. Are you sure you want to move there?

To be clear, here are the states that did not lock down – North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Arkansas. Only 5. That’s only 10 %. 90% of Governor’s do not know their Constitution.

Here are 2 suggestions that may help you get around it or at least contribute to data to show how this type of testing is futile, and worthless and doesn’t prove anything except how inaccurate the test is in the first place.

Labs are not required (except in Florida) to report how many cycles they deploy in their PCR tests. Therefore, the labs don’t report this essential factor to the patient or his doctor.

So…if you have been ordered to take the test say,

“Sure, I’m willing. But first, I’ll need you to send this same sample to at least 5 test labs. Then I’ll need each lab to state in writing how many cycles they’re using to process my sample. Then we will compare the results. If the results are consistent across all 5 labs, I’ll continue with the testing. If they are not, then I’m no longer going to participate in your game.”

If the government official or corporate employer refuses to honor your request or to pass the cycle request to lab, sue him. (Contact Jennifer Lester.)

If he does forward the request, and any lab refuses to state how many cycles they’re using, sue the lab.

If any lab states it’s using more than 35 cycles, sue the lab.

Sue all connected parties.

ONE: CONFLICTING LAB TEST RESULTS

In a half-sane world, the PCR test would have been validated, decades ago, before its original release for use.
I’m talking about a large study of, say, five thousand volunteers. From each volunteer, take a tissue sample and send that sample to a dozen different labs, with the instruction to look for a particular microbe.
When the results come back for all 5000 volunteers, check them for consistency.

THIS TEST OF THE TEST, THIS STUDY HAS NEVER BEEN DONE.

The uniformity of test-lab findings has never been established.
The study has never been done, because the “experts” knew what the results would be, and the prospect of exposure as frauds terrified them.
The FDA has never demanded a serious validation of the PCR test.

TWO: THE TEST-CYCLE PROBLEM

July 16, 2020, podcast, “This Week In Virology”: Tony Fauci makes a point of saying the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at “35 cycles or higher.” A positive result, indicating infection, cannot be accepted or believed.

Here, in techno-speak, is an excerpt from Fauci’s key quote (starting at about the 4-minute mark): “…If you get [perform the test at] a cycle threshold of 35 or more…the chances of it being replication-competent [aka accurate] are miniscule…you almost never can culture virus [detect a true positive result] from a 37 threshold cycle…even 36…”

Each “cycle” of the test is a quantum leap in amplification and magnification of the test specimen taken from the patient.

Too many cycles, and the test will turn up all sorts of irrelevant material that will be wrongly interpreted as relevant.
That’s called a false positive.

What Fauci failed to say on the video is: the FDA, which authorizes the test for public use, recommends the test should be run up to 40 cycles. Not 35.

Therefore, all labs in the US that follow the FDA guideline are knowingly or unknowingly participating in fraud. Fraud on a monstrous level, because…

Millions of Americans are being told they are infected with the virus on the basis of a false positive result, and…

Let me back up and run that by you again. Fauci says the test is useless when it’s run at 35 cycles or higher. The FDA says run the test up to 40 cycles, in order to determine whether the virus is there. This is the crime in a nutshell.

Here are two chunks of evidence. First, we have a CDC quote on the FDA website, in a document titled: “CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel For Emergency Use Only.” See page 35. This document is marked, “Effective: 07/21/21.” That means, even though the virus is being referred to by its older name, the document is still relevant as of July 2021. “For Emergency Use Only” refers to the fact that the FDA has certified the PCR test under a traditional category called “Emergency Use Authorization.”

FDA: “…a specimen is considered positive for 2019-nCoV [virus] if all 2019-nCoV marker (N1, N2) cycle threshold growth curves cross the threshold line within 40.00 cycles ([less than] 40.00 Ct).”

Naturally, testing labs reading this guideline would conclude, “Well, to see if the virus is there in a patient, we should run the test all the way to 40 cycles. That’s the official advice.”

Then we have a New York Times article (August 29/updated September 17, 2020) headlined: “Your coronavirus test is positive. Maybe it shouldn’t be.” Here are money quotes:
“Most tests set the limit at 40 [cycles]. A few at 37.”

Set-the-limit would mean, We’re going to look all the way to 40 cycles, to see if the virus is there.

The Times: “This number of amplification cycles needed to find the virus, called the cycle threshold, is never included in the results sent to doctors and coronavirus patients.” That’s the capper, the grand finale. Labs don’t or won’t reveal their collusion in this crime.

So…attorneys and sane political leaders, do you want to make moves whose upsides are enormous, in the cause of freedom?

Unfortunately, Canadian citizen Chris Sky, who was unaware of our legal rights associated with wearing masks, learned the hard way. While shopping at a grocery store, he claimed a medical exemption for not wearing a mask and the police arrived at his HOME some time later!

In an article and video published March 20, 2121 on Truth11.com, an alternative news site dedicated to true journalism, author Dylan Eleven celebrates Toronto activist Chis Sky for standing up to several members of law enforcement in his own driveway to resist an illegal arrest.

After Sky had signed a police document when under duress, the activist then claimed he “refused to be bullied or tricked into allowing himself to be arrested for not wearing a mask at Longos Food Supermarket in Toronto.”

Oh course, there are good cops and bad cops, yet viewing Sky’s persistence in the video at the link below would be valuable for you and./or your friends, family members, and neighbors who feel their rights are being violated (thank you for standing up Chris)!!!
